Its been about 2 weeks since I initially started cycling my 75 gal tank and I have been checking every other day for Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate. The first week of cycling I used RO/DI water without salt and my entire apartment smells really bad. After getting some more info on here from other reefers I went ahead and did a 100 percent water change including the sump and refilled with saltwater. I had my high points at the beginning of my second week and now its been 2 week and I am at 0 Ammonia, 0 Nitrite and 10 Nitrate but no diatom bloom in the tank. Its a bare bottom tank so no nasty sand. Am I supposed to get some kind of algae bloom or am I okay to get ahead and add a fish and some corals to the tank? Thanks ahead of time.

Have you added any ammonia source to tank? I would feed the tank or add ammonia and check the next day. If ammonia is not detectable then tank is cycled.

Dry rock? Any cycling products.
