ok so started a 125 gallon tank up 3-4 weeks ago. I ended up putting in live sand and dry rock to start it off for the first week. Put two bottles instant ocean in to being off second week and phantom feeding. So I been monitoring the water everyday havent seen Nitrate or Nitrite at all, and saw ammonia go up to .05 maybe 1 day in the last two weeks. I have got a diatom bloom about week and half ago some spots getting litte dark on sandbed. Whats is the hold up on the cycle tho felt like I should be seeing some changes in water quality.

Welcome to R2R! Suggest you get some Ace Hardware Brand Janitorial Strength Ammonia (it's pure ammonia without any additives) to really get things moving. I usually add enough to read 1 ppm when tested on ammonia. That about 1 eyedropper drop of ammonia per gallon. But your's may vary so test up to 1 ppm. Some like 2-3 ppm. Keep dosing and checking until ammonia spikes then drops to zero. Keep dosing the ammonia until the nitrites spike then nitrites drop to zero. After that your nitrates will be sky high. Do a big water change. To start bringing down your nitrates.
