Did you do anything to kick off the cycle? Ghost feed? Dosing Ammonia? Did you dose any bacteria, live sand, or use live rock?

Did you notice a spike and decrease in ammonia and nitrites during the “cycle”? Was this a fish-less cycle, bottled bacteria, new sand, dry rock, live rock?

Fishless for 2 weeks. Dosed ammonia. Got it to .5 nitries were at 1-2. Nitrates got to about 20. Levels stayed the same for a month. Added livestock few weeks ago. Levels stayed the same. Do 10% water changes bi weekly. Today tested and got the current levels. I had chemi pure blue in sump. Took it out this morning. Tested water tonight

Oh well if you have fish and and are doing weekly water changes then you are fine. If the tank wasn't cycled then your fish would be dead.
(Ps try to keep nitrate above 0 is its possible to detect on your test kit, 0 often leads to cyano)

It should come back up by tmrw i did a top off tonight so i think thats why nitrates bumped down. I also have airation on my sump because i had a protein layer on the top water. Its gone now

After reading al the above I think you are done with your cycle 
Just keep an eye on your numbers as you continue to add things. Do you have a skimmer in your sump?
