I bought INNOVATIVE Marine Lagoon 25 off someone been running for 4-5 months, I didn't have a chance to setup till 2 days after .any chance bacteria die off?

And also any recommend wave maker for IM lagoon 25? looking something like gyre that could blow all around dead spot in the tank

I did attached pics in it. but I feel like ammonia a little bit off no?

What do you mean by "set it up"? Was it emptied of water but the sand and rocks stayed damp? Or was water kept in it and you just had flow off?

In any case, I would wait and sample a for a few days and see if there's any trends in ammonia and nitrites. If so...there may have a been a small die off. Very likely it won't need much time to recover.

Wait till ammonia is 0 and then test again after a week to be sure.

Water was emptied sand and rocks stayed . it been running for 2 weeks now, but I been ghost feeding it. just a little bit concerned now if it ready so I can transfer everything over from my main tank.

Ah....valid concern. I don't think you can be sure of how much biological load it could take all at once. Going slow and monitoring for good bacterial response is probably safest bet.
