Cycling a Hospital Tank

I am attempting to cycle a fishless hospital tank.

The tank has been running for three weeks.

The ammonia is .08 to .1 ppm.

Do I need dosed the tank?

For this we need pictures not an nh4 reading

Reasons: lots of cycled reef tanks run what you posted. They have redundant surface area so the actual reading doesn't matter much.

Your tank will have comparatively far less surface area, so let's see it. From the pic we'll compare to known working hospital tanks as see if they're agreeable

At three weeks cycle time using any common method, the surface area in play has plenty of bacteria so let's see the setup.
