Should I use the coraline algae in a bottle from BRS?

coralline boosters are typically unrelated to cycling although it might vector in some nitrifiers because extracting them from coralline spores would be challenging, coralline in any form is a permanent associate for nitrifying bacteria of varying species. are you already wet/running or is this a tank in planning

if their bottle says for cycling: coralline spores then its probably a mix.

cycling has dedicated bottle bac designed solely for that use

post pics of your setup

adding coralline to a cycled tank when ammonia is added isn't ideal, its better to add coralline after cycle completes.

dry rock setups use bottle bac and ammonia/wait/then add coralline

live rock setups don't use ammonia, or bottle bac, they show up wet with living animals attached and waving in the currents. you can add coralline spores to those anytime.
