ok so i got my new 120 up and running as far as cycling what would be the best thing to cycle it i now there are so many methods biro spira turbostart 900 dr tims microbacteria 7 special blend which would be the best trying to have it ready for reefapalooza in june lol

Cycling. I say watch BRS ULM series. They have a good video.

I went fishless with lights off, add ammonia and Dr. Tims. Btw NO sand. It took me 6 weeks. But well worth it. At the end of the cycle i changed 95% of the water, added sand and ive not seen algae issues till date.

Already have sand and dry rock never thought about cycling no sand that’s s new 2 me weighing options whether fishless or not still deciding
