Cycling done?

ive been cycling my tank for about 17 days now. The first 7 days I was ghost feeding and the last 9 days I have been dosing with aquatic grade ammonia and yesterday I added 3 hermit crabs, 3 snails, and 1 green chromis since my tank was getting rid of the 2 ppm ammonia I was putting in within 24 hours. There has been to ammonia spike since adding the new specimens to the tank and the nitrates are within safe levels. So does this mean I'm officially done cycling?

I should also say additionally the chromis is active and eating with no signs of stress and the hermits and cleaning quickly and the snails only come out at night
