So, I wonder if I messed up my tanks cycle or not. I upgraded my Fluval 13.5 to a Biocude 32 in Oct, where I primarily used dry rock with a bit of live rock, and I added Dr. Tim's Turbo Start. Anywhere, two months ago, I had a nasty GHA outbreak, and after failing to get trid of it with a sea hare, my emerald crab, and my astrea and cerith snails, I treated it with fluconazole twice, which seemed to work. Then I had a cyano outbreak, and now my GHA seems to be coming back. Parameters all seem fine, so I'm wondering if I just reset the system so to speak, and now the tank is cycling again? I really don't want to treat with Chemiclean or fluconazole if I don't have to.
Current Bioload is 2 clowns, 1 algae blenny (useless), 1 royal gramma, and 1 firefish, 1 emerald.crab, some hermit crabs and snails, and a LPS coral.

Sounds like a cycle to me. The dry rock is the culprit, so to speak. Basically, you started fresh and seeded the system with the live rock and Dr. Tim's. Hold the course and let it work itself out.
