i Have cycled rock before but this currently my second time doing it for my new C VUE 40 gallon tank. I have been cycling the rock in a trashcan since January 7. I am familiar with how the process works but sometimes it’s nice to get reassurance that everything looks good. I shared my parameters so far. The question that I have is should I be adding more ammonia while my Nitrates are high? Or should I wait for them to come down and add more ammonia.

no need to add more ammonia keep testing till ammonia and nitrite are consistently zero

No more ammonia, if your nitrites stay at zero and your nitrates are really that high you will be cycled, adding more ammonia won’t help.
