Cycling my tank

Started my reef tank up again after years. I added Fritz 9 to the tank. Ph 8, ammonia.25-.50, nitrate 0, nitrite 0. Should I add ammonia into the tank or just let it run its process now. I know I shouldn’t be rushing the process but heck who wouldn’t rush hahaha

I know but sometimes you feel like a little child and you can’t help it. Was going to buy dr Tim's ammonia chloride to feed the bacteria but decided to just let it run its course
