Looks awesome! I’ve learned that those nitrate tests tend to be very innacurate. And chasing nitrates down can suck the fun from the hobby. Unless it spikes up I wouldn’t worry about it. I’d do one 40% water change and get some little buddies in there!

Yea, I think a generator is a good option, especially in the reef world. The apex is a nice feature but will not do anything for you when you lose power.
