CYCLING question '

started cycle on 2-17-16 , dosed ammonia up to 4.0 and added bio-spira. Have been dosing ammonia up to 4.0 daily, past 2 days closer to 2.0 rather then 4.0. Ammonia is able to come down to 0 in 24 hours. Nitrites are still at 5.0 ( or 1.0) . And nitrates are at 80 ppm. Not sure what is next . Uploaded a picture ! Any help is appreciated thanks!

Understand the process , but nitrites will randomly one day drop? I test daily. And nitrates have risen .

No3 aren't that important during the cycling process.
Keep testing NH4 and No2 till they hit 0.0.
