Almost to the point where I can start cycling my tanks after I get the rock next month. I have a 65 gallon DT and a 10 gallon QT. Should I cycle them both at the same time?

Def. separate tanks. I have a box of reef crystals good for mixing 200 gallons of water and really prefer not to only mix enough for 10 gallons, but I guess if I have to then I will

Fill the QT and start it cycling whenever it is convenient for you.

Are you getting live rock or dry rock?

Getting 65lbs. of the Fiji live dry rock from BRS. I have a mixing station with consists of 2 50 gallon containers...1 for RODI water and 1 to mix saltwater

Then there is no reason to cycle them either together or apart. Just do whichever is easiest for you.
