Cycling question

Hey guys
I set up my tank January 1I’ve been doing a fish less cycle with dry live rock and live sand in the tank and I’ve been ghost feeding since then.
now last week my test results were

Ammonia- 2ppm
Nitrites 5.0ppm
Nitrates 5.0ppm

then I’ve been testing every day and I get these same results every day

Ammonia -0
Nitrites - it’s still at 5.0ppm
Nirates - 20ppm

now I did you fritz turbo start bacteria when I had a read on my ammonia test. I also saw brown diatoms form on the live sand and rocks and glass but it wasn’t a huge bloom.
Is the cycle near its end ?

Nitrites can be a false positive with most kits. The main thing you want is the ammonia down to 0 and the nitrates up, which you have, so I’d say you are done with the cycle sir!
