Is there a way to drop nitrates other then a water change 2weeks in to cycling a 200 gallon tank upgrade ammonia is 0 nitrites 1 nitrates are 100 worried about doing 100gallon water change to get them down and kinda expensive

Disregard nitrates which is associated with freshwater Unless sky high. I am assuming with nitrites as part of test kit you are using Api kit?
If so, get a second reading for verification by taking a water sample to a store that does NOT use Api kits and have them test your ammonia and nitrates and compare readings- then you'll know where your levels truly are at

Short answer- best is to do water changes.
You could start carbon dosing, but I do not recommend it for freshly cycled tank and you would probably need a doser too. Results may vary and it may take quite long to lower Nitrates down, so I would recommend water changes.

Nitrite interferes with most nitrate test kits. Don't worry about nitrate. There is nearly no chance that your nitrates are actually this high.

The last part of the actual nitrogen cycle is for bacteria to develop in places where oxygen is low to turn nitrate into nitrogen gas. You have to have nitrates for this to happen. This can take many months, but don't take all of these nitrate out or this will be slow to develop.

It's a saltwater tank and I am using salfert nitrite and nitrate test kits also a Hanna nitrate tester

Good on test kits. NitrItes can be disregarded in saltwater unless sky high (well over 100). It applies to freshwater opposed to saltwater
