So I started my cycle using cured live rock, and I just want to make sure I'm doing this right, I just tested ammonia for the first time, and I've had this live rock in the tank for about 3 days, I want to say I have an ammonia level of 2.0, is this normal or too high for a cycle?

Looking good.. Your nitrite (N02-) will start to rise as the ammonia levels go down. Once Nitrite levels get to 0, time for water changes and the fun begins.

When they all hit zero what percentage water change should I do? I have a 10gal nano

Looks good!!
Change 1/4 of your water when cycle is completed. This will bring your Nitrates into line.
