I have the bacteria in a bottle stuff and i was wondering do I just pour it in and that's it? I was watching brs and he poured it in and then immediately added a clownfish.

I wouldn't recommend adding fish right after using any bacteria in the bottle. How did you set up your tank? How long has it been running? Have you started testing the water yet? Some bacteria in the bottle works well but I would still give the tank time to stabilize and time to let the bacteria multiply. Check out some videos of the nitrogen cycle in a saltwater tank.

agree with @cgdcinc
Although its promoted that you can do that, I doubt you will find anyone on the forums that would advise it.
best option is to let the tank run for a few weeks and check your water parameters every so often.

you should see a spike in ammonia, then ammonia drop off and nitrite raise, then nitrite drop and nitrate show up.

I haven't started it yet. I was looking for advice before I did it

Using live sand, some live rock, and some filter media or water from someone's established tank will help speed the cycling process. If you are using dry rock and dead sand, the process will take a bit longer and you will have to introduce some ammonia to kick off the cycle. It's cool to test your water to see how the cycle progresses. It takes patience though for sure.
