What do those with cylinders use to clean? I have a peninsula tank with the bullet end. Hard to clean. Any suggestions appreciated.

I have a bow front. Such a pain. If you clean often enough (as in hard stuff doesn’t form on glass), it’s easy w just a sponge. I use melanin sponges which can be purchased online for practically nothing. Just make sure you get the ones w no chemicals. I ordered 100 for like 10 cents each from China. They’re the same sponges as the mr clean w no chemicals and a fraction of the cost. I was so paranoid about chemicals that I licked one to test it lol

To make matters worse mines acrylic. Wonder if those sponges will scratch.

Given how soft they are, I would think not. But can’t confirm.
Side note: I scratched my glass when a piece of substrate got lodged between the sponge and the glass and I ended up scraping it along the glass. Be careful when cleaning along substrate. Hold for link, I’ll see if I can find one
