Cynao?

The reason for cyano is one of two reasons; it's a relatively new tank and it's just part of the "aging" process, OR is a nutrient problem. I personally stay away from the chemical treatments because that does cure the root cause. My suggestion is to increase the frequency of water changes and/or increase the volume of water changes.

Use the Special Blend...no lights out, no chemi clean, no effects on your skimmer or livestock. It will take a few days to a few weeks to work but will fix your problem.

I used that red slime remover and it took it all out then did a water change and now everything is good besides the hair algae

never heard of it. Will half to look into it.

Increase your water flow. Cyano loves low current, so give it the opposite. ;)

added another Korila 3 few weeks ago.(know its spelled wrong)
