What do you guys think this is and how can i reduce/get rid of it? Snails and hermits arent touching any of it really.

I do not believe it is corraline because it comes off from the rock/looks soft.

Yes it's just cyanobacteria. Looking at the rocks, your tank appears to be new and still settling in.

any way to get rid of it without using chemicals? i read some forums and they said to control nutrients and not use stuff like chemiclean

I don't think you can totally get rid of it, I believe it potentially exists in all of our reefs, but obviously nutrition control makes the difference in outbreaks vs it being inert.
