Cyphastera polyps closed/white stuff on it please help

Hello,

For about a week I have noticed the polyps on my Cyphastera have been closed and I noticed a white stuff on it. Wondering what it could possibly be and what to do? The frag is glued down also. Hard to tell if the white things move or not, they are very small but I think they do move

Just had a big alk swing where it went down to 5 when I started using a phosphate remover which I have stopped and I’m dosing. All other parameters are good

Low alk will make things close up....steady as she goes captain...
