Cyphastrea dry rock?

Is there anyone or a site that sells dry rock that looks like shapes? like skulls or chicks. ive seen this done at trade shows where they let the cyphastrea grow over it and it looks amazing. i cant find anything on google.

Ha ha...funny I never thought of that...heck even star polyps or a lot of critters would work.....Lego’s, rubber duckies or adult toys...the possibilities are endless
