I have read that Cyphastrea can be grown in a low flow, low or indirect light. But when I search some sites to order, they are shown in medium light, medium flow.

My rockwork has several overhangs and lower rocks that I want to grow something besides mushrooms on. Suggestions on Cyphastrea? Others?

They can tolerate medium par around 100par if acclimated slowly. They are not the "lowest" light requirements i put mine vertically on rock walls so they get the indirect light bouncing off the glass pane. Mine didn't do well in shades.

Blastos did better in shades for me. As are leptoseris
