cyst on annularis

i have a juvie annularis that has developed a strange cyst growth on its lower mouth, its not white or pink just the same color as its skin.

what is this? he is currently in a hyposalinity treatment tank

it started showing up about a week ago (i just hit 1.009 today, so this growth happened around 1.014 salinity)

sorry the glass keeps blurring the shots, and its hard to get him still....ill try again in the morning

but i know its basically like a raised wart on his skin, same exact coloration as it used to be

+1 I can't tell much from those photos. Could be a mouth infection or just Lympho.
