D-D ATO Red Flashing Lights

Hi everyone. I have the D-D ATO and it is flashing red after the skimmer overflowed causing Micro-Bubbles. I have tried unplugging and plugging back in the power supply as per the instructions. Left it unplugged for an hour but still red flashing. Any idea as to what I need to do to fix this?

Hey. I had a very similar situation in which my DD ato just stopped working in the OFF position. I don't know if it was the pump or the sensor but after I turn it on, it would start flashing as well. I ended up contacting The Aquarium Solution and I managed to get a refund. Still without an ATO to this day and it sucks. I'm open to suggestions btw.
