D-d x1 dosing pump won’t re prime?

I used the x1 to dose nopox which I’ve now stopped and I emptied and flushed out the tubing with rodi now when I have gone to use all for reef I won’t suck anything out the bottle it makes the noise like it’s trying to but nothing is going up the tubes I try recalibration and still nothing and ideas? I’m new to dosers

May need to replace the tubing inside the pump. The line could be collapsed in the area where the rollers contact the tubing.
put your finger on the output side an check for air coming out. On the suction side do you feel suction on your finger?
