I prefer not to discuss it in an open forum. They are a site sponsor and I'm trying to resolve the issue.
Just dont think they are for me.
Make no mistake though, I will share publicly any negative dealings any vendor.

Well this is discouraging. I was thinking about some of their units. Would be curious to know why you were unhappy with their product and/or service.
