My reef software not working. Using window 10. Windows 10 fix didn't work (net framework 3.5)

Anybody have any ideas?

This didn't work

This is a confirmed fix for installing my Reef on a windows 10 machine.

If you have already install MyReef, uninstall, perform this action, then re-install.

This is straight from the Microsoft Website (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insi ... 7a4?auth=1)

a) Press “Windows Logo” + “R” keys on the keyboard.

b) Type “appwiz.cpl” in the “Run” command box and press “ENTER”.

c) In the “Programs and Features” window, click on the link “Turn Windows features on or off”.

d) Check if the “.NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)” option is available in it.

e) If yes, then enable it and then click on “OK”.

f) Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation and restart the computer, if prompted.

re-install MyReef and enjoy!

Responded where!?!?! What does that mean exactly cuz I've haven't received any response on this or any other forum or private message. Guess I'm an unreasonable customer. 13 DAYS now. You guys are awesome!!!

Where is this on DA Forum website? when I click on this link I get a security warning. And won't download.

It is on the main site digitalaquatics.com under downloads then software. It is probably giving the security warning since you are downloading the file directly. Sorry about that.

I have downloaded it. I did check the .net3.5 too. When i click on the icon to open, it spins for 2 seconds then stops without opening. I dont know what to do.

I have a Microsoft Surface 3 running windows 10.

I never could get it to work with my surface. It does work on my 2 computers running Windows 10. Eric sent me several versions to try on it and they all did this same thing. Apparently there something different on the surface than a normal computer.

I am not sure what the difference is. The 2 computer have touch screens one is a laptop and the other an all in one. If I can figure it out I will post.
