Da Vinci Clownfish Looks Skinny

Hey all, I got this black Da Vinci clown a few days ago and noticed he’s been looking a little off. His body has a pronounced line through it on both sides that makes him look skinny. He is feeding normally and is a very active swimmer.

Does this look like he’s normal, stressed out or maybe something else? He came from the same tank as his orange friend who seems to look just fine.

Perhaps it has intestinal worms and its tankmate does not yet.

Would a freshwater dip get rid of it?

Intestinal worms are best treated by feeding a mix of General Cure + food + Focus. Feed every day up to 20 days until symptoms are gone.

Any other opinions out there as to whether the fish looks like it has parasite? I live in Canada where unfortunately we cannot get Metro or GC or even Focus.
