Dai Bao wavemaker 4800 pumps

how do u get Dai Bao to honor their one yr warranty on their wavemaker pumps? bought 2 in June 2020. one stopped working in March 2021. contacted manufacturer through amazon in March. now it's April 2021--crickets. am i wasting my time trying to get a replacement from them? anyone had any luck getting service from them?
