Hello all!
I have been struggling lately with nearly undetectable nitrates (0-0.25 per Red Sea test and 0 per API), and slightly high phosphates (0.18 per Hanna). My regimen for a few days now has been a sheet of Nori in morning, a cube of LRS Reef Frenzy in afternoon, and Reef Chili (which suggest every other day), Red Sea Reef Energy A & B, and Red Sea Trace Elements every night at light's off. I also do Neptune pellets sometimes in the middle of the day (randomly). The food gets eaten, but nitrates won't go up at all (I don't want them too high, but some nitrates are good, right?). Should I keep this up, cut back from what is probably overfeeding, or increase some more until I get nitrates?
Only algae I have is a little on the glass (normal) and some hair algae limited to my fuge (that is being eaten up by a sea slug currently to knock it down).
Thank you all in advance
