I'm getting my tank back up and running and have a questions about daisy chaining my reactors. I'm running a BP and GFO reactor. Does anyone have theirs setup like this? I was thinking I could run the BP first since they require a little more flow. Any advice?

The biofilm will clog the GFO plus when you slow the flow for the GFO you will be slowing the biopellets. How will you be applying flow.

It's ran off a manifold from my return pump. I could always tee it off and run them individually, but it would be a lot less plumbing to daisy chain. I running the BP in a BR70 which takes surprisingly little flow to get them to tumble. The biofilm was my biggest concern.

I would run them separately Teeb. More control over them individually and you will eliminate the biofilm issue that way. I understand your want to simplify things for sure. But I would not try and simplify things here. Just build another "arm" on the manifold and you will be good to go. : )

Agreed with the above. Generally, running reactors for different media will require different flow. This is the reason I stopped using the BRS Dual Reactor and went with two singles.

I run mine off a manifold from my return pump as well, each with its own ball valve to control flow.
