Damaged duncan

So I got a Duncan from a great lfs but my hermit and emerald crabs constantly harass him. He has not been open for at least 4 days now and looks like hes dying if not already dead. All his tentacles are gone and hes got the brown film hes shedding. I put him on my QT tank until i figure out what to do. Not the best pic but it was as good as i could get atm.

Yes. I went to back to the lfs and confirmed it was Rtn go some bad advice from someone and some of my levels are way high so thats probably what killed him. I did a 20 gal water change (55 w/20 gal sump) and was recommended to do another in a few days.
