The black and white clown sometimes gets aggressive, she's bigger, so I think the fin damage may be because of nipping. The black and white doesn't display any signs of fin damage, but wanted to check if this was possibly a disease.

Any help would be appreciated.

When did you start noticing the damage and how long have they been together?

If this happened pretty instantly after putting them together I wouldn’t think it’s an infection. If however they were in for a few days and suddenly this happened then you should consider treatment unless you can be certain it’s aggression by observing in which case you’ll have to separate them.

They have been together three months. I noticed the fins yesterday that's when I took the picture. I've seen Black Sunshine mock charge Nemo at times. And then sometimes bite and drag him down. Nemo has previously done the submissive shake but lately he has turned to face the aggression and Black Sunshine backs down but I guess sometimes she doesn't.

Sounds like it could be aggression, if it's getting that bad you can try enriching their environment and see if that works, but ultimately may have to separate to save Nemo :)
They are very territorial so at least make sure there are 2 separated pipes. Looks like a QT? Have you treated with anything?

They are in a QT still I'm taking longer to get the DT complete. I will modify the environment to see if that helps. They we're both medicated with copper and metroplex since Nemo started with brooklynella. Also Nemo received rally dips.

Thanks for the advice I will keep you updated.

Looks more like bite marks than fin rot to me.
