Looks like either Pomacentrus amboinensis or Pomacentrus andamanensis - assuming it's a juvenile, I'd guess P. amboiensis (Ambon Damsel, as mentioned above). If the spot stays into adulthood, it'd be P. andamanensis.LFS says talbits, but blue and black dot?
