I caught this damsel today, I’m trying to ID it to see if it’s worth putting it through my QT or to just put it back. He’s maybe 2-3cm/1/2 an inch long. Very brilliant blue and yellow when I caught him, he’s stressed so the colors have dulled a bit. I’m looking for a name, diet, max size, and aggression (I know damsels are aggressive in general, but I’d like to avoid the spawn of satan in my tank :)) Thanks to all who respond!

Thanks!! Yeah I know I’m garbage :( also hard to take pictures of a wriggling fish when it’s imprisoned in a measuring cup
Ignore him, fish can be little devils when it comes to getting good pictures of them lol I am not the best with Damselfish but looks like it might be a Fiji Blue Devil.

Perhaps Stegastes variabilis (cocoa damselfish)
I was thinking the cocoa, looks a lot like it from the pictures and I’m 100% positive this is a juvenile (I saw a few a couple cm bigger) but I couldn’t find much info regarding max size and diet and things like that on the web?
