Damsel Identification?

I got this damsel at petco because I’ve seen it sitting in a small tank for ages now and it’s yellow/blue/green shimmer kinda stuck out. any clue what the species is? sorry for such a bad shot he/she’s super skittish. I’ll try to get more angles

Does it have faint darker markings around it's shoulder/spine like the white damsel, dischistodus perspicillatus?

nope, completely markless except for a little red on the pectoral fins. plus it’s body shape is a bit taller than a white, sorry it’s kinda hard to see from the picture ;Joyful
