Damselfish farming?

Ive been wondering why the patch of algae on top of my rock won’t go away (not that it’s causing problems) and ive Been wondering why my inverts aren’t eating it. Then my friend suggested I watch an episode of octonauts (s2 ep7) and that It could be my azure damsel protecting its algae farm. Never occurred that they could do that but do you think that’s why?

Could be. The Octonauts are awesome btw. We have a damsel that will clear any frag we put on his cave.
