Danger Re-finishing Hardwood floors

I have a 200G mixed reef. Considering having hardwood floors in an adjacent room to the tank. Flooring people use Bona System products.
Anyone have experience having hardwood floors refinished with an existing tank in house?
Any ill effects?

I have some experience in the gym floor finish industry. I would seal off the room (close door, towel under door, open window, make sure A/C does not suck up air from that room.
They will prob sand the floor. How deep depends on the condition. Makes for a lot of dust even with modern equipment.
Depending on what state your in, laws will control avail finishes. Hopfully they will use a waterborne finish which has the lowest VOC's.
