Are you talking about the spots on his face? It’s hard to see? You may need to consider removing the fish for closer observation and treatment. better pictures will get better Help too

She’s got black ich dude and I think that’s being accompanied by a bacterial disease breaking down the skin, or hille from stress. Can you give her a FW dip while we go over your treatment options

I don’t see any little black dots though. Just the spot that looks like a infection

The food your feeding is good but get some vitamins to help boost the fishes immune system.
I use selcon and this can also help with keeping up a healthy appetite

I didn’t full pay attention. My glass is dirty so who knows. But later on I’ll catch the lil bugger and hope a lfs is open to get some meds and vitamins
