Dark spot on new frag GSP

Anyone reefers know what this dark spot may be on a GSP frag just added to tank early this morning. Frag was dipped for 15 minutes with solution can I cut it out with a razor blade ?

Looks like either cyano bacteria, or worst case scenario if it moves, it’s a red planaria flatworm
