Hi, i’ve had this little guy for about 2yrs. Today i noticed this black spots pretty much all over him. It doesn’t look like a desease because he’s as active as ever and eating well. Should i be concerned or is this something normal for clownfish ? No anemone in the tank.

Pretty common, no real health issue. Sometimes, these can be caused by coral stings, but other times they are "idiopathic" - with no known cause. That one has a lot of the spots though, are they on both sides of the fish?

Yup, almost on the exact same places.

So they’re basically stungs then. I got a couple of lps recently. That could explain it.
