Dark spots on live rock

Anyone know what the dark spots are on my live rock? They’re popping up all over on my coralline algae. Are they bad?! Tough to get a good picture with the blue lights.

Hope this helps.
Used GIMP/Colors/Auto/Equalize before uploading.
Teal color could be filtered.
Dark red spots are most curious.
