Dark spots under hammer skin, new heads?

Sorry for grainy picture, was taken at night. Noticed these 2 dark spots just above line where dead base meets living tissue. They’ve been there a few weeks if not longer.
 
hi ,do they look like new heads ? or bumps under tissue ?
tissue looks great, assuming from bad pic sprouts of new heads... ;)

They look like dark brown bumps, I cant get a better pic because the heads cover the area during the day. I've never had one form new heads at the base.

use flash ,or flashlight for pic at night to confirm... :)

Yes, definitely seems like new heads and im sure will become more clear with time. Two of my smaller hammers have them growing as well. Cant wait!
