Hi everyone I got a two spot goby last Tuesday and he was doing great and just 30 min. ago I went to feed them and while I was watching the other fish from a distance, he darted from side to side twice at the speed of light and suddenly stopped swimming and went down to the bottom head first and he has not been able to even hold himself up straight, he is just kind of rolling with the current and when he tries to swim he can't.
Why did this happen?
He is in the QT with a Blonce naso and a bicolor blenny, neither one of the other fish shows any signs of stress. The naso is actually looking his best since we got him last tuesday.
Water parameters are
Ammonia= 0
Nitrate= 0
Nitrite= 0
pH= 8.1
S.G.= 1.025
Temp= 77 F
We had a peppermint shrimp in the same tank about 2 weeks ago and he died in a very similar manner but the blenny has been in there for 2 months and he is doing great, never shows any signs of stress.
Any ideas of what the culprit could be?
