I have a pretty major leak in my Dastaco reactor, less than 2 years old, coming from a delamination of the base - gluing/manufacturing defect not related to plumbing or user error.

I am having a difficult time finding out out what the manufacturer warranty duration is as they have near zero presence online. I have asked for advice in the FB group which is where I have seen past communications with the company take place, and have reached out to the distributor here in the US that I bought it from to seek advice.

Assuming since it is a weekend I won't hear back before Monday, and curious if I will likely need to buy a new unit, or if someone has experience with them replacing the whole thing. I did have to buy a new circulation pump 17 months ago which was not covered by warranty, no problem as I love the unit, but this is a "need a new unit" sort of situation as it doesn't seem remotely repairable and I am not sure how that will likely be handled.

Thanks in advance if anyone has past experience they can share. Video attached.
