Well I finally pulled the trigger on a calcium reactor. I will say that I am very happy so far. It has been running about two weeks, and keeping alk rock solid at 7 with a SPS dominant tank. I went with the DaStaCo2 XtremA A-2 for my 140 shallow reef. The unit is a little high, but well worth the investment to me. It is running on the low end right now around 2 on the setting. It took me all of 2 days to get it dialed in, and it hasn't dropped my PH by much at all. I was very worried that it would take forever to get it adjusted, but the unit is very easy to work with. No adjustments except a dial after the initial setup. I highly recommend them. I will post up some pics when I get time. So glad to be away from 2 part, just hope get the same or better results.

CaRx is the way to go on larger SPS tanks. I went that route a few years ago and haven't looked back
