Well I had to do some aptasia slaying and took a few good top down pictures. I think a few of them turned out really well.

I was drooling today looking at RC and the new Alpha Cone 170. I think if I could afford one I would get it, Red Dragon Pump, cone design and small.

After seeing my buddies ReefKeeper Lite, I may have to pick one up fast!

Great looking tank!

I have that same H&S Skimmer and it performs fantastic, you just need to keep the pump good and clean!

I have two more corals that I am lurking for. Dendro and Icefire. Then I will just let it all grow!

In the works are a new sump, new SS stand Tunze ATO and a Reefkeeper lite.

Figure I would post some pictures...
I'm almost up to 1 mL of vodka. Things have been looking AWESOME. I have amazing polyp extension, color and the water is super clear.

This is what I am currently dosing...
1mL vodka
4 drops of MB7
1 drop of Lugols every four days
Weekly water changes

I was able to sell my chiller so I will be saving for a iTech 100. I'll need to sell my H&S so if there are any takers

The following pictures are with just ATI Blue + and ATI Aquablue. I know there have been discussion on the boards about MH and T5's. My tank is only running a 24" 4 bulb fixture and my tank is 30"x18x16. I can get these colors with only 96w

I've had amazing growth without dosing much of anything.

Hopefully next week I can pick some inverts, gobies and coco worm.

I have a few little upgrades coming in the next couple of months so stay tuned, think Iwan

Rev - I am saving for a iTech 100 now and it looks like my RKL will be here not this Monday but the next

I am in the works of a new stand and sump. I wont have pictures for a bit of those but like my other stuff its DIY

I thinking I'll have everything I want by xmas this year. Like I said I am really only looking for a couple other frags to fill small gaps.

nice stand. how bout using some very thin wood sheeting and attach magnets. so each of the panels could just be taken off when needed.

I now introduce you to iTech 100!

First impressions... DEAD silent, I barely hear the moving water, the pump sounds like its not doing anything! This is amazing after using the aquabea pump, being kinda noisy at times. The build quality is awesome. It has screws at the bottom of the skimmer so you can clean all that too. Very easy to put together.

John, who runs the show was great to deal with. Responds to all my emails within 30 minutes and explains everything very well. I am a very happy customer. I just cant wait to get this thing to start skimming!

Little update. I just got back from Outer Banks and everything looks good. My purple bonsai had a little alk spike and the base got a little hit, but it looks like it will bounce back.

I picked up a Tunze ATO and its SO nice not having to worry about my water level not. The iTech is working like a dream and has been skimming even better. I placed a K1 in the sump to stir up everything and its doing its job.

I am not sure what is going on with my Setosa but it looks really pale. I have stopped dosing vodka until I pick some AA's up. I think I have been starving my corals. Any suggestions?

Anyways here's some picture for you guys, these are all taken with a Canon point a shoot and I think they turned out great. No doctoring either!

WM has 2 new eyes, Babys breath is about to spit some new heads and the lords have doubled!

Well after having a very productive day....( enter sarcasm here ) I have pictures! Well a couple days ago my Flasher wrasse felt like taking a dive and about five minutes out of the water I grab it, pealed the hair and crap off and tossed him back in. Needless to say he a little timid but should not be jumping again.

The RKL has been working great and has made my life so much easier. I am only running my lights for 7 hours and have been dosing the following...
4 drops of MB7
1 drop of Lugols once a week
26mL Calcium
13mL Alk
no more vodka ( it just STARVED my corals )

I picked up a Pom Pom crab but he to is a little timid right now but looks great. I am still searching for some more trimmas and smaller dart gobies. I've even tossed around the idea of a Helfichi or two

Still have not made to much head way with the new stand but I hope to start it soon. I will FINALLY be getting my frag pack this Tuesday. Bubble Gum Monster, Mummy Eye, Emerald Mummy Eye, Dendro and Icefire! WHOOP!

My girlfriend has been taking more interest in my tank and snapped a photo when I was working...

Love the dimensions, that you made the 24" t5 work on at 30" tank.

Yep, Ive had the MP20 for a while. I am still wanting to put a MP10 on the other side.

I really thought alot about power consumption with the tank and figured I could put lower light corals on the corners, hell my birdsnest has amazing color and its on the farthest corner!

Do you own those lords in your avatar?!?!

I really thought about these dimensions for my next tank.
I have yet to see if a 6 bulb setup would work/be necessary too.

I do, but let's keep that to PM stuff.
