@Jonathan.T thats a nifty spreadsheat for info and percentages on expressions... id love to read more into this.do you know the original source? I wish you luck in your endavours im giving it a try myself i bought 4 29 gallons and a 5 shelf steel garage rack from home depot and made a rotifer reactor,pod farm in 2 5 gal buckets with beta heater and air pump and baby brine shrimp hatchery from amazon, i bought a normal ocelaris(black tip fin pheno)and paired it with a orange frostbite(snowflake pheno)blue pigment for my first pair... i had the lady at lfs order my second pair(darwin female and snowflake male mature pair,hoping to get some black ice) as my other 29s are ready im still trying to figure out the third pair...

@Jonathan.T do whatever feels right to you there isnt a right or a wrong way its all personal preferance,youll know when you see the fish(ooooo oooo ooo pretry colors i like shifffies)and the youll take that one home with u or order it online,and give it a try and if it doesnt work out try agsin its the waiting game males mature faster sexually than females and are mature in 6 to 8 month sometimes a year compared to a female it can take upto 18 to 24 months aswell as being comfortable with partner and environment.. but youll know when you see the fish itll call out to you john john john take me home with you blub blub blub
